DescriptionDuring the project there will be developed: abilities to identify the premises for bullying, current bullying situations within student/teacher groups, methods of solving/eliminating bullying situations, examples of good practice in the field etc.

Tasks of the participant before, during and afterBefore: communication in English abilities, team work skills, abilities to organize one’s learning activity throughout a lifetime.  

During: abilities to relate to a foreign trainer, to complete work tasks and present results in a foreign language, to identify, solve/alleviate bullying situations in school.

After: competences in organising demonstrative activities on the identification and prevention of bullying situations, of creating informative materials on the topic, for the colleagues in school and other schools, of collaborating with other mobility participants and the partners in the receiving organization, for the self-improvement of one’s performance.

 

Competences to be acquired by the participant:

  • Improving communicative competences in English,

  • Acquiring minimal communicative competences in Italian,

  • Acquiring competences in identifying and solving bullying situations,

  • Improving learning competences throughout all lifetime.

 

Monitoring and Mentoring of the participant before, during and after the mobility: Monitoring will be done by every participant, following an agenda put together by the receiving institution, as compared to the real activity within the mobility, monitoring activity organization in optimal conditions, following the schedule, accommodation conditions as well as the reception of original financial documents (for course payment) and certificates specific to the mobility.
